New Back Order, Price Difference, and Alternative Product Emails

ZAGENO has launched a new email notifications for items that are on backorder, have an updated price, or require an alternative product. You can easily "accept" or "reject" the update with one click of a button!

What will the Back Order email look like? 

Please note, this email requires your action. You will have to select "Reject" or "Confirm" to continue with your order placement. If you do not respond within 7 days, your order will be automatically placed. 

 

What will the Price Difference email look like? 

 

Please note, this email requires your action. You will have to select "Reject" or "Confirm" to continue with your order placement. If you do not respond within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled. 

 

What will the Alternative Product email look like? 

Please note, this email requires your action. You will have to select "Reject" or "Confirm" to continue with your order placement.

What do the Statuses under My Orders mean?

  • Pending:  Item has been ordered and our CS team is working on it (this is the stage when you would receive back order, price difference, or alternative product notifications)
  • Processing: Your items have been processed, but your shipping date has not been confirmed yet.
  • Shipped: Item has shipped
  • Delivered: Item has been delivered!
