Do I need an account to use or purchase from the website? 

No sign-in is required to use the comparison and search features. However, it is highly recommended to sign-in as this will show your organization specific pricing (if applicable).

Sign-in is always required when purchasing any product from the platform.

How do I set up an account on ZAGENO?

Creating a ZAGENO account is easy..! Simply go to www.zageno.com and hover over the avatar in the top right corner of the screen. Click ‘Register here’, and sign up with either your email or Google account. Now you’re ready to start saving time and money with ZAGENO!

Which countries are supported? 

ZAGENO is accessible worldwide, however, we currently only handle requests in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany, but are working hard to make our services available in other regions.

How can I edit my Account Settings? 

The Account Settings menu is located under the “My Account” section (beneath your avatar in the top right corner).
