My order contains products from different brands. Will the whole order be delivered together?
Products are often shipped at different times by each supplier and will, therefore, arrive separately.
What are the shipping conditions of the items?
Shipping conditions (i.e. shipping on dry ice) vary. Information about special transportation conditions is usually contained in the specifications of each product. Alternatively, you can request these details via the live chat in the bottom-right corner of the page.
What if I want to express shipping/overnight shipping?
Interested in overnight or express shipping? Simply select the shipping method during checkout! We will place your request with the supplier, as well as provide additional pricing and availability information. Please be aware that additional charges will apply.
How do I track shipping?
You can view the status of your orders in the “My Orders” section of your account. If we receive a tracking link from the supplier, you will also be able to use the link in your order overview to track the parcel. Alternatively, you can chat with us or call us at any time to receive a status update about your parcel. In your email settings, you can also choose how often you want to be updated on your order.
Can we have multiple shipping addresses?
Yes, when prompted, you can enter your desired shipping address, this will be the default address unless it is changed in “My Account”. To enter additional shipping addresses, go to the “My Account” section, click “Open Addresses” and enter as many shipping addresses as needed for your company/institution under “Add New Address”. You will also have the ability to view, edit, or remove addresses here.
